Pittsburgh and KIKU

Pittsburg was not a city I found particularly fascinating the first time I visited. Full disclosure though, I only went to one restaurant and spent the night in Monroeville. I did, however, find the view of the city from the highway quite breathtaking! It was just so very different. Come alive in the evening light, lights a-mblazing on mountain tops. It cannot be described by words.

This second time I visited, not only did I truly get to appreciate the beauty of the city (and it’s neighborhoods), I also got to eat at this fabulously authentic (don’t I sound all posh like a Londoner) Japanese restaurant!

Also if you’ve never had aloe before, it was delicious! Courtesy of KIKU and some fabulous residents which were adventurous cuisine eaters!
