I have always loved to cook. I started cooking around age 6, back in Nigeria my father would buy me small pots so that I could get lessons from our Cook (yes we had a cook, while we weren’t wealthy, we were certainly well off and my parents wanted us to learn good life skills because they did not grow up in rich households). By the time I was 11, I was able to cook almost all Northern Nigerian meals – Tuwo, Stew, Jollof rice, fufu, egusi you name it.
When I first moved out at the age of 19 (I was a college Junior at the time, I started college at 16 going on 17), I did not like to cook because I had been the cook of the house for YEARS! Over the last 6 years though, I’ve definitely gotten back into it, and I have been taking some lessons from Buzzfeed tasty. While not all my meals have come out well, this Salmon dish was by far my best and TASTIEST.

Bake for 20-30 mins and you can serve it with a side of rice or vegetables! Its so easy, ANYONE can do it.
