Mindfulness: The Art of Living

So lately I’ve been reading a lot of Buddhist Monk Books. And I have to say, while on vacation, I fully submerged myself into the book The Art of Living by Thich That Hanh and it was well worth it. It was a very easy read and if anyone is looking for something to help them with mindfulness and so on, then this is the book for you.

Learn to be Mindful in your daily life, and witness the change in your body, mind and those around you.
