I wanted to write about something that is very important to me, and I am sure is very important to most of you as well.

Time, to me, is very precious. It is quite possibly the most expensive currency that is around, maybe only second in line to someone’s life. I find my time to be very precious, every single second counts and every single minute is important to me. One of my biggest pet peeve‘s is when someone disrespects my time, no matter how short it is. I absolutely detest when I call someone or text someone, and they do not bother to respond on time or at least tell me that they are busy. But I love when they are in need of something, and they are the first to need your response within seconds or minutes. I also hate when I have to wait for someone and they do not let me know why/that they are being late.

These may seem very trivial to some people, but I am an extremely busy person (as are most of us) that I plan my day sometimes by the minute. Even when it comes to just free time, I don’t like it being wasted. Someone might say, well you do have the day off …. yes I do. But guess what, that time is for me to relax not for me to waste.

Don’t get me wrong, I am very well aware that a lot of people are selfish individuals, and not in a negative way, just in the sense that everyone is out for number one. Because if you are not out for number one who will be? (this is a rhetorical question). I also get that people are always thinking mostly of themselves, but for me, it’s just unforgivable. You may not have to think or behave the way I do. But be mindful or at last be respectful of others’ time.
